Dragon's Catch $240

1 whole lobster, 2 lb snow crab legs, 2 lb shrimp, 2 lb crawfish, 1 lb sausage, 4 potatoes, 4 corn, 4 eggs and 4 white rice.
Surf N Turf $240

The Classic platter plus a Hmong sausage link, 1 lb Hmong or Texas brisket, half rack of pork spare ribs, crying tiger steak, 6 chicken skewers and sticky rice.
