What is Hmong brisket?

Our Hmong brisket is smoked and rubbed in our house seasoning, then topped with fresh herbs and served with Hmong pepper sauce. It’s our most popular BBQ, and it’s best with purple sticky rice.

What's the difference between Hmong and Texas brisket?

Both are a full pound of smoked brisket for $30. Hmong brisket uses our house seasoning and comes with Hmong pepper sauce. Texas brisket has a classic black pepper and salt rub. You can get either with Hmong pepper or BBQ sauce.

Can I order brisket by the pound for a party?

Yes. Brisket is $140 for 5 lb or $280 for 10 lb, and 4 full racks of ribs are $140. Call 763-432-6659 with at least 24 hours notice.
